1. General
These terms of use (the "Terms") govern the relationship between Asor & Co. – Attorneys at Law (the "Firm") and any person who uses the website www.asor-law.com (the "Website"). Browsing and using the Website constitute full acceptance of all of these Terms.
If you do not agree to any term — please refrain from using the Website. The Firm reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Nature of the information on the Website
The information, content, articles and examples appearing on the Website (the "Content") are general information only, intended to provide a first impression of the Firm's areas of practice. The Content should not be regarded as:
- Legal advice, opinion or recommendation.
- A substitute for consulting a qualified attorney.
- An offer to create an attorney-client relationship.
- A guarantee of any particular outcome.
Any reliance on information from the Website is at the user's sole responsibility.
3. No attorney-client relationship
Sending an inquiry through the Website's contact form, via WhatsApp, email, the digital agent's chat or any other channel on the Website — does not in itself create an attorney-client relationship between the inquirer and the Firm. An attorney-client relationship is created only after the Firm explicitly confirms acceptance of representation, after a fee agreement is signed, and subject to a conflict-of-interest check.
Until such confirmation — please refrain from sending confidential or sensitive information through the Website.
4. Digital services at /digital
In the digital area of the Website (under /digital/), the Firm offers customized online services, including the production of standard legal documents. Special terms for these services:
- The documents produced are based on standard templates that have been legally reviewed, but are not adapted to every unique circumstance of the case.
- For complex, sensitive or unusual cases — personal legal advice is recommended.
- Payment is made in advance through an external payment processor (SUMIT). A tax invoice is sent automatically.
- A refund is available until the final document is produced. Once produced — the transaction cannot be cancelled (as is customary for personalized digital products under section 14C(d) of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law).
5. The digital agent (AI)
The Website operates a digital agent based on artificial intelligence, intended to help inquirers identify a legal product from the catalog that may suit the situation they describe. The agent:
- Is not an attorney and is not a substitute for legal advice.
- Does not provide a specific opinion or operative recommendation.
- May err, misunderstand the case, or recommend an unsuitable product — it is the user's responsibility to consider and consult personally in case of doubt.
- The conversation is not retained after the browser window is closed.
6. Intellectual property
All rights (including copyrights, trademarks and design rights) in the Website's content, structure, code and graphic materials — belong to the Firm or to those who granted it usage rights. The content may not be copied, duplicated, distributed or used commercially without the Firm's express written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
The Firm makes efforts to ensure that the information on the Website is up-to-date and accurate. However:
- The Firm is not responsible for errors, omissions or non-update of information.
